During the last year, many of us have become overwhelmed by the current situation that surrounds us. Learning to become resilient is important in helping us withstand and overcome the difficulties and challenges we face in our daily lives, as it gives us the strength we need to adapt and persevere.

Health support group with Spanish speakers

Happy to announce that we are having our mental health support groups in Spanish language along with our counsellors Ivona and Jesus. Group starts next Thursday and we have few spots available!
