Marta Fišerová Counselor - Individual Counseling

Marta completed a master’s degree in Child and Young People’s Mental Health in Edinburgh following a Psychology bachelor’s degree at the University of Sussex.

In her current practice, Marta specializes in working with children of separated and divorced parents. Her therapeutic work is based on psychodynamic-relational approaches and she uses an integrative style offering yoga-based mindfulness and relaxation tools and techniques.

Marta believes that such integrative approach is the best way to help alleviate chronic stress, psychosomatic difficulties, and is essential when working with trauma. She is passionate about lifestyle medicine which she is planning to further explore during her PhD studies.
