Feeling overwhelmed with the current situation? Feeling you are on the edge of burnout? Then join us for our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Workshop on 27.4.2021, at 5.30 PM led by our mindfulness teacher Hanka Čechová and moderated by Mindole Clark.

If you are experiencing stress, burnout, or would like to feel more centered in your life and actions, then Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can provide you with essential tools for improving your overall sense of well-being.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. (Joh Kabat-Zinn)

What can you get for yourself?

1. Experiencing a solid sense of peace and freedom resulting from the ability to choose how you respond to life situations, and recovering faster from the demanding, stressful situations that life inevitably brings

Our minduflness workshop is an introduction to our 8-week program that is designed to promote inner peace and balance by means of mindfulness training, helping to establish regular “mental hygiene” practice to increase your sense of well-being.

About Hanka Čechová:

Hanka has been facilitating communication and mindfulness workshops for parents, teachers and other professionals for over eleven years (Respektovat a být respektován, Parent/Teacher Effectiveness Training, MBSR).

This work has led Hanka to explore effective approaches to teaching and learning as part of a two-year program of creative education at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.

She also works with adolescents in schools offering mindfulness-based programs focused on social and emotional learning.

Hanka is a qualified teacher of the best known and most extensively researched program- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She also offers one-on-one mindfulness sessions as well as courses for groups.

Hanka also makes use of her experience to customize courses to meet the needs of individuals, teams and organizations.
