Kara is a counselor and psychology master’s student practicing in Prague. With a background in mental health coaching and soft skills training, Kara has experience supporting folks struggling with people pleasing, boundary setting, abusive relationships, eating disorders, divorce, cultural integration, job fulfillment, stress management, work/life balance, and parenting.

Originally from the United States, Kara has lived and worked in the Czech Republic since 2008. She is a solo parent to one kid and two fur babies. In her free time, you can find her attempting to learn African dance and doing her best to have fun and not take life too seriously.
