Come join Ross and Kristyna, two mental health professionals who will lead the Anger Awareness and Self Regulation workshop taking place on the evenings of August 5th and 7th from 6:30-8pm (both days).
 

Ross is originally from Michigan, Ross moved to Prague over 10 years ago. Ross has a background in behavioral psychology and extensive experience leading both group counseling sessions and mental health workshops covering various current and impactful topics.

Kristyna, originally from the Czech Republic, has extensive experience living in the United States. With a background in psychology, she is passionate about raising awareness of mental health and is dedicated to making the world a better place by sharing her knowledge and experience on related topics with others.
 

This Anger Awareness and Self-Regulation Workshop welcomes all individuals interested in enhancing their understanding of anger management for both personal and interpersonal growth.

Participants in the workshop will gain valuable insights into the nature of anger and effective strategies for emotional regulation. Through engaging activities and meaningful discussions, clients will develop practical skills to manage their emotions, improve their interpersonal relationships, and enhance their overall well-being. The workshop aims to empower individuals with the tools needed for personal growth and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
