Imposter Syndrome Workshop
This workshop provides a supportive space for individuals who struggle with feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt—whether at work or in other areas of life.
Addressing imposter syndrome at work is important, as it can affect both individual well-being and overall company culture.
These workshops can be delivered to managers and associates at any level, and typically run between 90 and 120 minutes.

What Is Imposter Syndrome and How Does It Impact Your Team?
Imposter Syndrome is the internal belief that you’re not as competent as others think you are—despite clear evidence of your skills, achievements, or experience.
In the workplace, this can show up as self-doubt, fear of being “found out,” or difficulty accepting praise. Over time, it can reduce confidence, block professional growth, and hurt team performance. Supporting employees to recognize and manage imposter feelings can improve morale, productivity, and psychological safety.

Meet the Facilitator
Ross received his degree in behavioral psychology from Western Michigan University in 2011 and he also obtained MBA from UNYP in Prague in 2019.
Ross has experience working with people in groups and individually. Ross has worked with many clients who are trying to focus on self improvement and personal development, he is also confident in working with general anxiety and day to day issues that are obstacles to people functioning at their full potential. He also has extensive experience working with people who are both struggling and overcoming substance abuse issues.
