Imposter Syndrome Workshop

This workshop provides a supportive space for individuals who struggle with feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt—whether at work or in other areas of life.

Addressing imposter syndrome at work is important, as it can affect both individual well-being and overall company culture.

These workshops can be delivered to managers and associates at any level, and typically run between 90 and 120 minutes.

What Is Imposter Syndrome and How Does It Impact Your Team?

Imposter Syndrome is the internal belief that you’re not as competent as others think you are—despite clear evidence of your skills, achievements, or experience.

In the workplace, this can show up as self-doubt, fear of being “found out,” or difficulty accepting praise. Over time, it can reduce confidence, block professional growth, and hurt team performance. Supporting employees to recognize and manage imposter feelings can improve morale, productivity, and psychological safety.

In this practical workshop, you will learn:

  • What imposter syndrome is and how to recognize it
  • Techniques to overcome imposter feelings and build confidence
  • How the work environment influences imposter syndrome
  • How imposter syndrome affects performance and productivity
  • Imposter syndrome and Leadership
