Hana, a psychotherapist from the Czech Republic, brings a diverse range of skills and experience to her practice. With a background in Gestalt, psychosomatic, and dynamic approaches in psychotherapy, Hana is well-equipped to address various mental health concerns. Currently, she is pursuing further education in Psychotherapeutic Communication at Prague College Psychosocial Studies, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development.

With over a decade of experience in individual and couples psychotherapy, Hana has developed a deep understanding of relationship issues. Whether it’s communication difficulties, conflicts, or trust issues, she helps individuals and couples navigate these challenges to foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

Hana also specializes in helping clients deal with their emotions effectively. She provides a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore and express their feelings, learn emotional regulation strategies, and develop coping mechanisms for managing overwhelming emotions.

In addition to her work with individuals and couples, Hana expanded her practice to include working with teenagers and their unique challenges two years ago.
Hana’s experience working with teenagers allows her to address a wide range of issues commonly faced by this age group, such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-harm, body image concerns, and social difficulties. She tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each teenager, ensuring that they feel heard, validated, and supported throughout the therapy process.
