Bio: Polina comes to us from Moscow. At just sixteen years old, she moved to Prague to study at Charles University. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Russian linguistics and a master’s degree in Psychology. She completed psychotherapy training in Schema Therapy in April 2024. Polina believes in non-judgemental compassionate therapy and feels that building a secure and safe attachment with a therapist is a big step in healing trauma.
