Bio: Tereza was born in Czech Republic and spent years living in Ireland, Malta and UK. She gained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University with a focus on philosophy and a master’s degree from the follow-up study of Social and Cultural Anthropology. The search for her own mission later led her to the prestigious Goldsmiths University in London. There, as part of her second master’s degree, she underwent self-experiential training in Dance Movement Psychotherapy. Abroad Tereza worked in a primary school for children with special needs, in an asylum for abused women, in a hospital ward for the elderly suffering from advanced cognitive impairment as well as with clients in a private home suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Back in Czech Republic Tereza broaden her experience by working with addiction in residential and outpatient clinic. Tereza works individually and with groups. As a psychotherapist Tereza is deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their inner potential and navigates life’s challenges. With lifelong passion for assisting others, Tereza offers classical verbal therapy as well as dance movement psychotherapy, utilising movement as a powerful tool for self-expression and healing. Tereza believes that each client holds their own answers within, and her role is to facilitace their journey towards self-discovery and empowerment.
