Alice obtained a Master’s Degree at the University of Trento in psychology and neuroscience. Afterward, she started her second Master’s in clinical sexology at the university of Milano-Bicocca. She has also worked as a research assistant in the SexLab of the University of Padova for more than 1 year and at the moment she is finishing her mandatory traineeship in clinical psychology, to write the state exam in Italy. For one year she has been working as a psychological counselor with private clients.
Her special interests are Pain management, Chronic pain, Pelvic dysfunctions, Sexual Dysfunctions, Psychoeducation, ACT, Self-compassion, Autogenes training, Menstruation, Dysmenorrhea, Endometriosis, PCOS, Vulvodinia, Depression, Sex Education, Sexual Health, Sexual Minorities, Cultural Issues, Communication, Somatization. My approaches are Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, and Sex Education.
