Irina came from Ukraine, where she received her degree in psychology. She is trained in the field of analytically oriented therapy and uses a psychodynamic approach in her work.

In Ukraine, she worked in a family psychological center and conducted individual and group psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. She was also a teacher at the Center for Social and Psychological Support of the Black Sea National University named after Petr Mohyla.

She took part in volunteer projects of psychological assistance to victims of discrimination, and psychological assistance to students and orphans at an early age.
