Bio: Allie was born in Prague, but spent most of her life outside of Czechia. She studied her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Newcastle University in the UK, along with English Literature and the Philosophy of the Cosmos. She thinks and feels deeply, and is passionate about supporting other Highly Sensitive Persons. She is currently working through the Trauma Research Foundation’s Traumatic Stress course and believes we all need a little bit of a return to balance and what matters in today’s increasingly disconnected, hectic world. Until recently, she shared her time working across Prague’s technology sector as a copywriter and brand director. Her love of writing also expresses itself as trauma-informed journaling and therapeutic writing techniques and combines with other mindfulness practices that she’s been engaging in since 2018. She is a mindfulness instructor at Prague Yoga Collective and an ICF-accredited somatic coach – the body always knows. As a coach, she loves helping people reconnect to their truth, joy, and purpose, whether in the career, relationships, or health space.
