Bio: Kristyna Vavrova was born in the Czech Republic and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Health Psychology. Having lived in several different countries, she’s developed a real appreciation for cultural diversity and loves connecting with people from all walks of life. In her work, Kristyna focuses on creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen and heard. She helps people find practical ways forward, restore emotional balance, and nurture both inner and spiritual peace, while also exploring the deeper meaning behind life’s experiences. Alongside her therapeutic practice, she works as a research specialist and brings the same sense of curiosity and openness into everything she does. Her main focus is supporting inner growth, presence, and emotional strength, while also gently guiding clients to step away from coping patterns that may no longer serve them. Outside of her professional life, Kristyna is all about living fully. She loves traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book, going for nature walks with her dog, and saying yes to new adventures. She believes that growth often comes through embracing life’s everyday moments. Big or small; and she carries that same belief into her work with clients.
