Bio: Siun Prochazka, PCC ACCG is a certified Advanced ADHD Coach (ADD Coaching Academy) with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience. Inspired by her own lived experience, Siun is passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals to navigate both challenges and strengths with confidence. Alongside her coaching work, Siun is a speaker and advocate dedicated to raising awareness and fostering understanding of neurodivergence in all areas of life. She is currently completing an MSc in Autism & Neurodivergences, deepening her expertise and commitment to supporting diverse cognitive profiles. Through speaking, coaching, and advocacy, Siun aims to inspire and equip clients with tools to thrive personally and professionally.

How Coaching Works

ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on:

• Deepening your understanding of your ADHD/Autism brain
• Identifying and applying your strengths in areas you find challenging
• Building self-awareness through a neurodivergent lens
• Creating a toolbox of strategies for challenges like procrastination and paralysis
• Learning to manage self-critical thoughts
• Developing self-compassion by working with your unique wiring, not against it

Together, you and Siun will set meaningful goals to improve your quality of life. Because ADHD and Autism touch every part of life, coaching can support challenges in both personal and professional contexts.

The ADHD coaching process spans 12 sessions over a 5-6 month period.
