Bio: Viktor grew up in Czechia but completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology in the Netherlands, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and gained experience working within international communities. After returning to Prague, he completed internships in several Czech hospitals, gaining exposure to multidisciplinary care, psychodiagnostics, and work with patients facing complex medical and psychological challenges. Before joining Prague Integration, Viktor worked for two years as a psychologist within a social service in Prague, where he provided counseling for adults and children and led a support group for parents of children struggling with mental health difficulties. Although his academic background emphasized cognitive-behavioral therapy, Viktor’s therapeutic style is grounded in a more humanistic approach. He aims to create a welcoming environment where clients can explore their experiences with clarity and openness. He has completed training in motivational interviewing, which enhances his work with clients navigating change, uncertainty, and internal conflict.
