If you decide to proceed you will be offered to sign a consent (privacy) form and you will be informed regarding payment details and exact timing of the group session.

What is required to make it work?

It’s important to note that the effectiveness of group therapy depends on several factors, including the group’s composition, the facilitator’s skills, and the willingness of participants to engage actively.

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with others who share similar challenges and can offer empathy, support, and valuable insights into coping and recovery.
