Kristýna is a Mental Health Assistant and Counseling Intern currently completing her master’s degree in Health Psychology. With a background in psychology, sociology, and leadership, she is passionate about supporting people as they navigate stress, anxiety, self-awareness, and personal growth.

In her counseling work, Kristýna focuses on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their personal patterns. She believes that self-awareness is key to creating meaningful change and that taking the time to slow down and reflect can lead to greater resilience and fulfillment. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore new perspectives.

Kristýna is also part of a supervision group, where she engages in ongoing learning and reflective practice to continue growing as a practitioner.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Kristýna has lived abroad for several years, giving her a multicultural perspective on mental health and well-being.
