Simona is a psychologist and psychotherapist with years of experience from working in clinical settings, such as psychiatric hospitals, mental health community centres and a private practice. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, both adults and adolescents, suffering from eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorder and personality disorders. In her private practice she focuses on helping people navigate through difficult times in their lives, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, overcoming panic attacks, OCD symptoms and specific phobias.

Simona has completed an undergraduate master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and a postgraduate master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bangor, Wales, United Kingdom.
She has completed an accredited training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the CBT Institute in the Czech Republic and continues her education in third-wave CBT practices, DBT and Mindfulness.
