Lyndon is a counsellor, coach, and Logotherapist. His focus is on helping individuals to find the most meaningful way to live their life; regardless of what the past was like.

Originating from South Africa, Lyndon took his first degree in Psychology, with further studies in The Netherlands and Austria, to complete his psychotherapy training, with The Dutch Institute of Existential Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Lyndon is an accredited Logotherapist at the Viktor Frankl Institute -Vienna, following the American Psychological (APA) Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct. Presently studying for his MSc in Applied Neuroscience – King’s College, London.
